The Sping Cup

"If you don't win, Caroline, I'll sell your horse. No trophy, no horse!" (p.10)

Caroline loves riding a horse, but her parants are against about it. One day, her father said "If you don't win the spring cup, I will sell your horse." to Caroline. Caroline was in trouble because to avoid it, she has to beat her rival, Sophie who always win every cups. She finally made promice with her father, but her brother was hearing this. Then, the result of the cup became a surprising one.
I was very moves  by the main character's action. She put honesty before victry. She told me the more important thing than winning.
